I received an email with Tom, Judy's husband sharing that the flowers you arranged for me were the most beautiful there. I can't thank you enough for going over and beyond with my request (once again) to actually pickup a gift card and even doggie treats for my good friend(s). They were so appreciative and they sent me a picture and the flower arrangement was so beautiful!!! Thank you for helping me send something so special to my friends in such a quick way that I couldn't pull off in the time I wanted to get it there with being in NW Ohio. You have a special gift just in itself putting floral arrangements together and for me the personal service, most importantly going out of your way on my request!!!

I just wanted to send a thank you for pulling this order together for us on short notice. The recipient sent me a message yesterday saying how gorgeous and simply amazing the flower arrangement was and his wife wanted to know where I ordered them from. They said they outshined all the other floral arrangements that were sent. He even stopped by my office this morning to rave about them again. Lesa is absolutely amazing! I ordered these flowers from California and was so worried they wouldn't make it to the funeral on time. Lesa delivered them herself. I was told that the cards weren't present on the flowers, Lesa went out of her way to call the church and confirm the flowers were present with the cards. She even emailed me back at 10pm to let me know she was going to get to the bottom of it. What amazing service!!!! I've never been so happy dealing with a flower company! I will for sure order all my flowers in MN from them!

Well there were Beautiful flowers there but the funeral home took out all the cards and gave to the family so we r not sure what our flowers looked like. Not your fault. We contacted David Lee Funeral home and they said they may have left a bouquet with purple flowers in it at the church. I didn't think we had any purple in ours. So we have no idea what they looked like. Again-not your fault.

The recipient said the basket was beautiful. I had asked that the deliver be made in time for a morning funeral service, which it was. The notification to tell me that it had been delivered was greatly appreciated. This is my first experience with Candlelight, I would recommend and use them again.

Ordered online and received a beautiful floral arrangement that I asked to have delivered. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the person to receive the arrangement was not available at the intended delivery time and Candlelight returned twice before successfully connecting. They went above and beyond in this delivery and their actions ensured that the surprise element remained intact!
